First time and last time ever going there.There was no selection in their buffet and what food they did have out was barely luke warm.

Great taste of the food! You can tell the material is fresh!

Just don't. I would advise to literally eat ANYWHERE else.It smelled awful, the service was terrible, the food was undercooked af, and the lady was rude to me. Once my mom got the bill, it was over 100$ for 2 combination plates, 1 smorg, and 2 kids meals. I definitely would not eat at this restaurant again.

Old food left sitting out in room temp. Horrible staff, rude, unfriendly. Couldnt eat here, had to leave after trying to plate up a glob of cold beef bits and some gelatinous sauce. Good luck to all who venture here.

Very disappointing. Buffet is no more dyring the week , even though the menu inside, and sign outside say different. Time to find another place!

I would not recommend this restaurant. I'm surprised they are still opened.

Took my family for a meal out and were very disappointed. The food was served fast and hot, but that’s about all that was good. We won’t be back

The opening girl staff is rude..it seems shes not happy with her job..food serve fast but no taste.price is expensive..

Lots of people only come for the buffet but if people tried the other food they would relize the food is good and they sound like winny kids great food very nice staff and is very clean

The food is different.... say in the afternoon you want a burger...it tastes like Chinese food!!! The rooms are old dingy and out of date. How ever there is a bar downstairs to forget you ordered a room there. You can gamble, listen to live music. There's always old friends at the Waldorf hotel.

First time and last time going there. I ordered via skip the dishes and they didn't give me the right thing. I ordered their combination plate A which was meant to come with fried rice but it came with white rice. Imagine being so excited for fried rice and getting white rice in the end? Not to mention when I went to pick up my order I asked for the address which he didn't know and when I got there he hurried me out the door. Save your money and go somewhere worth it.

Cheap...clean...then go to the saloon. ..steps away and then stagger upstairs to ur room....perfect.

Wanted buffet as advertised. NO buffet!!!

The food was great just make sure you come at the right time when the buffet is just ready, is fresh and hot.

Arrived at 6:30 pm on a Saturday. The restaurant was pretty much empty which was possibly the reason for small selection at the buffet. What was there had been sitting awhile & thus dried out and not hot. Food was quite bland. I might try it again and order from the menu but I'll avoid the buffet. I haven't yet found a good Chinese buffet in the south Edmonton area.

Unfortunately, the very friendly staff were overshadowed by food that lacked any substantial favour. Most of our to go order was fairly bland and didn't have any solid flavor.

Absolutely awesome.. delicious..all the way from Lethbridge Alberta and we'll be back again..We used to be regular customers when we lived there and after so many years of being away the owners remembered us.. we were so impressed ..this is people that care about thier place..see you next time we are thru town. Love the Reno's.

Very disappointed. Ordered dinner B for delivery. Only 3 balls. Rice has no flavor at all. (I dont even think they used salt). The chow main was decent.Overall not worth it and will not be ordering from there again.

We used to eat here after swimming/playing at LRC. But not anymore after a rude treatment from the old guy; i think he's one of the cook.

I don't eat chinease food myself but my family makes this their goto choice. im rather shocked by the poor reviews here. ive seen NOTHING to support them and I guess weve eaten here around 12 times in the past 6 months. my wife has called this place her favorite Chinese restraint shes experienced since she came to Canada 15 years ago. my parents have made this their goto restraint they want to order from when they come in to visit from Saskatchewan 4 times now.I guess its possible they might have a relief cook that isn't as good as their regular cook? or a front person that isn't the same as the one ive been dealing with? but honestly... ive had quite a lot of experience here and they seem to be doing a really fantastic job for a small town hole in the wall chinease shop. 5 stars is my vote

When the Buffet is happening, this place has excellent Chinese food. If you come at noon or before, the owner usually doesn't put the buffet on until someone arrives, so be prepared to wait a few minutes while they prepare. I have not been disappointed by the food. Sometimes the door has been locked, so give a knock if you can't get in. Lunch buffet hits the $15 mark. Lobby of the hotel smells like urinal cake. Hold your breath for a brief second before entering the restaurant. Great food, friendly staff.
